Why do I need a member card?

The membership card is a permanent record of your member number. If you change jobs, you can easily take us with you. All the information that your new employer will need to pay contributions into your LUCRF Super account is on your card.

Your new card includes your member number. Use this number to quickly and securely log in to your account through our handy mobile app or Members Online. These allow you to check your balance, track investment performance, update your contact details, and more.

What do I do with my member card?

Keep it in your wallet so you have access to your member details at any time.

It also includes details you’ll need to give your new employer when changing jobs (such as our USI and ABN).

What if I lose or misplace my member card?

You can request a new card by calling us on 1300 130 780 or emailing mypartner@lucrf.com.au
