Share your super stories on the silver screen

The what?

Each year the superannuation industry comes together at the ASFA Conference to explore the big issues, exchange ideas and learn about emerging trends.

The Conference is run by the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia (ASFA) and this year’s program aims to challenge the industry’s thinking around five fundamental forces impacting superannuation today – culture, customers, compliance, competition and change.

Together with ASFA, we are seeking members with diverse cultural and social backgrounds from all age groups to be a part of a video that will be shown at the Conference.

The Why

We need to know what your expectations are of the superannuation industry and what you are looking for from your superannuation fund.  Your views will be shared at critical points across the Conference program to ensure the voices of yourself and other fund members are in the room with the superannuation industry’s leaders and decision makers.

The How

To do this, ASFA is seeking to gather members of different superannuation funds who are willing to share their opinion. They will film these question and answer sessions and use these to create a video that will be shown at the Conference. They want their audience to get to know you and your views.

Logistically, ASFA will be filming these sessions in Sydney in September. They expect that the time commitment would be the best part of the day. As a token of their appreciation, ASFA will be providing a Westfield voucher to successful volunteers valued at $150.

You’ll be discussing a serious subject, but this promises to be a fun day of filming. If you would like to take part in this video, please contact the ASFA Marketing team by Thursday 22 August with a 30 second video introducing yourself.
