Proxy voting disclosure

Proxy voting is an effective way for investors to influence company management on ESG issues as well as on other business decisions put to shareholders.

The Australian Council of Superannuation Investors (ACSI) provides its member super funds, like LUCRF Super, access to the necessary skills to investigate, research and provide recommendations on voting decisions.

When assessing company board nominations, ACSI and LUCRF Super’s fund managers use their skill and expertise to make recommendations based on this assessment.

Our proxy voting process is included as part of our Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance Issues Policy.
